General Revenue Program (GR)
Our GR-funded services help individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities remain in their homes by providing community-based support tailored to their needs.
Home and Community-based Services (HCS)
Our HCS program offers personalized support for individuals with IDD in family homes, host homes, or small residential settings. Which provides everything from nursing and therapies to employment services and adaptive aids to help each person thrive in their community.
Behavior
Intervention Clinic
Through in-person and virtual support, our Behavior Intervention Clinic helps individuals with IDD build independence, manage frustration, and strengthen social skills using personalized, age-appropriate strategies.

In support of our goals, Wellness Healthcare Solutions offers practical, workable and affordable types of Home and Community Services (HCS) in 25 counties in the state of Texas. The HCS program is crafted to offer tailored services to individuals with IDD, fostering independence.
Texas Home Living Program (TxHml)
Texas Home Living Program (TxHml) provides essential habilitative services for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the aging and disabled population that either live with their families or in their own homes.
