Consumer Directed Services (CDS)

CDS gives individuals and families more control over their care by allowing them to direct who provides services such as respite, nursing, and employment assistance. It’s a flexible and empowering option for those who want to take a hands-on role in managing their supports.

General Revenue (GR)

GR-funded services are state-supported programs that help eligible individuals remain safely in their homes by offering assistance such as respite care, skill training, and other supports. These services are accessed through the Local IDD Authority (LIDDA).

Our PASRR services ensure that individuals with mental illness or developmental disabilities are only placed in nursing facilities when truly appropriate, and that they receive the services they need no matter where they live.
