Supported Home Living Provider
Support individuals with developmental disabilities through respite care and community-based services on a per diem basis. This position is available within all of our core programs:
- General Revenue Program (GR)
- Home and Community-based Services (HCS)
- Texas Home Living (TxHmL)

Registered Nurse (RN)
Join our compassionate care team as a Registered Nurse, providing essential healthcare services to individuals with developmental disabilities in host homes, group home settings, and independent living environments.
As an RN, you’ll play a vital role in assessing health needs, developing individualized care plans, administering and delegating medications or treatments, and monitoring each person’s progress. You’ll collaborate closely with families, guardians, and care teams to ensure every individual receives the medical attention and support they deserve.

Independent Contractor Direct Care Attendant (CNA Preferred)

Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Independent Contractor Direct Care Attendant to support a middle-aged female client in a private home setting. This role involves hands-on, total-care support for an individual with physical and/or developmental disabilities who uses an electric wheelchair.
This position requires someone who is reliable, physically capable, and committed to providing person-centered care with dignity and respect.
Schedule
- Availability needed between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, any day of the week
- Overnight shifts as needed only (e.g., emergencies such as extreme weather)
- Hours scheduled collaboratively with the client
- Not guaranteed full-time or part-time
Responsibilities
- Provide total personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, rolling, repositioning, and transfers
- Assist with mobility and positioning (mostly manual lifting)
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Ensure client comfort, safety, and well-being
- Drive the client using the client’s vehicle
- Communicate professionally with family members as needed
- Maintain a respectful, person-centered approach at all times
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds including bending
Qualifications
- CNA preferred; equivalent hands-on experience considered
- Experience in nursing facilities or similar care settings
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities
- Experience with total-care clients (paralysis or complex medical needs is a plus)
- Ability to perform physical duties, including manual lifting
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable, punctual, and compassionate
- Comfortable working in a home with a dog
Pay & Employment Details
- $19.00 per hour (flat rate)
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
- Location: Dallas, TX (near Houston School Road)
- Work Location: In person
- No personal vehicle required for client transport
