Supported Home Living Provider

Provide Respite and Community Support to consumer with development disabilities on a per diem basis. Pettis and Associates Inc./Wellness Healthcare Solutions Inc. will always have ongoing openings within the General Revenue Program, Home Community Based Services and Texas Home Living Program.

HCS Case Manager

(Must be bi-lingual): Provide ongoing monitoring of 40 cases for the Home and Community Based Program. Must be able to work independently, document progress and have 3 years of experience of case management. Must be English/Spanish speaking, English/Vietnamese speaking.

Medical Records Clerk

The Medical Records Clerk handles dual functions. This Candidate works in conjunction with the Medical Records Coordinator to maintain patient files and statistics; respond to request; performs clerical duties. Minimum Qualifications; Education and experience equivalent to: High school diploma or equivalent, with no experience required; three (3) months of medical office experience preferred.

Office Manager

The Office Manger reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for providing office management services to Pettis and Associates Inc. and Wellness Healthcare Solutions Inc. This includes maintaining office services and efficiency, supervising office staff and maintain office records.
