Pettis and Associates Inc. provides General Revenue (GR) services for consumers in the Dallas County area with a long-standing relationship with Dallas Metrocare. To ensure the success of this program, Pettis and Associates GR team members have been personally selected based on their experience and reputation for providing quality services for consumers with special needs. Our staff is comprised of a team of dedicated professionals who have extensive education, coupled with a commitment to the community along with cultural sensitivity. Working within our staff are bi-lingual and bi-cultural individuals that comfortably work with various cultures.

The Primary Goal of GR

The primary goal of the General Revenue (GR) program is to reach positive results by promoting self-development and by actively engaging consumers and their families in the process. As a means of assisting our consumers in developing independent living, personal responsibility and basic social skills, we provide the following services:
  • Community Support Services:  We provide focused skills training in a community setting.  This program enhances a person’s independence.
  • Respite Care: Offers short term temporary or intermittent direct care of a child or adult, either in the home or out of the home. This aspect of the GR program is designed to relieve the caregiver of stress, which stems from the continuous care of a dependent person or persons.
